How will Eastanbul pomegranate molasses transform everyday cooking?
This syrup provides a concentrated sweet‑and‑sour lift that can replace vinegar, sugary glazes, or bottled sauces. A little goes a long way: it balances richness in braises, brightens vinaigrettes, and adds complexity to sauces and cocktails.
- Use as a dressing base—mix with olive oil for instant vinaigrette
- Brush on roasted vegetables or grilled meats for caramelized tang
- Stir into grains, dips, or desserts to add fruity depth
What makes this molasses different from sweetened or artificial syrups?
Eastanbul’s formula is made entirely from reduced pomegranate juice with no added sugar, artificial colors, or preservatives, so the flavor is pure and fruit-forward. It’s suitable for vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO diets and preserves the natural acidity of pomegranates without masking it with sweeteners.
- No added sugar—natural fruit sugars only
- No artificial ingredients, colors, or preservatives
- Clear ingredient list and premium glass packaging
How should I store and use the bottle for best results?
Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place before opening; refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness and flavor. Shake gently if separation occurs and use a small spoon or drizzle to control portions since the syrup is concentrated.
- Store unopened in a pantry; refrigerate after opening
- Use sparingly—start with teaspoons when testing recipes
- Shake and pour slowly for even glazing or dressing distribution
Which recipes and spice pairings enhance this syrup best?
Pomegranate molasses pairs well with warm spices and bright herbs—cinnamon, cumin, coriander, and fresh mint all complement its profile. Try it in Turkish kisir salad, marinades, glazes for roasted squash, yogurt dips, or mixed into cocktails for a sophisticated fruity note.
- Excellent in Turkish kisir or Middle Eastern salads
- Pairs with spices like cumin, cinnamon, coriander and black pepper
- Adds balance to dressings, marinades, glazes, and beverages
