Don Julio Tequila Última Reserva is one of the most personal and historically significant expressions ever released by Casa Don Julio — a tequila born from the final agave field that Don Julio González himself planted in 2006, alongside his family. In honor of his devotion and lifelong craftsmanship, this final harvest was carefully distilled, barreled, and set aside for a singular purpose. To preserve the exquisite character of these agave piñas across time, Última Reserva is aged using a Solera system — a method of fractional blending that ensures continuity, complexity, and the living legacy of Don Julio's final harvest in every bottle.
A tribute to a legend, a gift from a final harvest, and a tequila of extraordinary depth and meaning — Don Julio Última Reserva is the expression for the collector who understands that some bottles hold more than tequila. They hold history.
