The 2025 vintage is part of an early and contrasting year, marked by a rapid evolution of the vine after a mild winter. The vegetative cycle took place in good conditions, with an alternation of warm and cooler periods to reach beautiful ripeness while maintaining balanced acidities.
Summer favored the concentration of berries and a beautiful aromatic expression. The key point of the vintage was played during the harvest: in early September, intense and localized stormy episodes, bringing more than 40 mm of rain in a short time, required great responsiveness and rigorous sorting to the plot.
In the end, 2025 gives precise and balanced wines, with fruit, material and a beautiful tension. A technical vintage, both accessible in his youth and with good potential for guard.
The dress is orange, bright, unfiltered, which can present a slight turbidity, signature of a living wine.
The nose opens on an expressive palette of spices and citrus fruits, dominated by blood orange.
On the palate, the texture is silky and generous, carried by a loose material. Citrus fruits structure the whole, accompanied by a persistent spicy dimension.
The tannic weft, resulting from the maceration, is thin, flexible and perfectly integrated, bringing relief without hardness.
