Somewhere between a Mojito and a Gimlet lies the classic Southside. This vintage cocktail was the house special at NYC's famous Twenty One Club, where it quickly gained popularity among New York's elite. Not a fan of gin? Try it with vodka.
- 2 oz London dry gin (Tanqueray works fantastically)
- 1 oz C&S Mojito Mixer
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a smacked mint sprig.
Whisky Smash
Like a more refreshing version of the Mint Julep, the smash is the perfect way to enjoy bourbon year round.
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz C&S Mojito Mixer
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a smacked mint sprig.
