Discover the enchanting flavors of our Villa Sarchi Coffee, a unique varietal from the renowned Finca Las Mercedes in the heart of Tarrazu, San Marcos, Costa Rica. This light roast coffee brings forth a vibrant and complex taste profile, featuring delightful notes of passion fruit, tropical fruits, and a wine-like finish.
Villa Sarchi is a distinguished coffee varietal, originally a mutation of the Bourbon variety, and is well-regarded for its ability to thrive in the high-altitude regions of Costa Rica. This micro-lot undergoes a meticulous natural process, where the cherries are carefully dried on African raised beds. This method enhances the coffee's intrinsic fruity flavors and contributes to its rich, full-bodied character.
The natural processing combined with the unique drying technique allows the beans to develop their distinctive taste, making every cup of Villa Sarchi a remarkable sensory experience.
