Edmond Briottet Creme De Melon Liqueur
Edmond Briottet Creme de Melon Liqueur is made by the well-loved French brand, Edmond Briottet, who craft delicious liqueurs since 1836 in the Burgundy region. They’re experts at capturing the true flavours of fruit, and their melon liqueur is a perfect example!
- It’s great for mixing into cocktails or just sipping chilled on a warm day. If you love fresh, fruity liqueurs, this one’s definitely a treat.
- The Melon Liqueur is created by macerating melons in a mix of water and alcohol for more than two months. The infusion which results from that process has a very herbaceous taste. Which is then tempered with a dash of flavouring.
- The liqueur delivers a vibrant, aromatic sweetness with the unmistakable flavour of fresh melon, creating a smooth and delightful taste that lingers lightly.
The sweet, juicy melon flavour in the liqueur pairs perfectly with the salty, savoury taste of prosciutto. This classic pairing enhances both the fruitiness of the liqueur and the richness of the meat for a deliciously balanced combination.
