Clase Azul Tequila Reposado stands as a symbol of Mexican tradition and culture, crafted with meticulous care from slow-cooked 100% Blue Weber Agave. This ultra-premium reposado tequila undergoes a masterful aging process for eight months in American whiskey casks, resulting in a unique blend distinguished by hazelnut and vanilla flavors, along with an exceptionally smooth finish. Its iconic decanter, adorned with a distinctive "feathered" design, is hand-painted in cobalt blue, serving as a hallmark of Clase Azul's craftsmanship and heritage. TASTING NOTES:
- COLOR: Exhibits a golden hue with bright yellow highlights.
- BODY: Medium-bodied.
- AROMA: Presents notes of agave syrup, vanilla, candied orange peel, and American oak, complemented by subtle hints of cinnamon and banana.
- FLAVOR: Delivers a harmonious blend of hazelnut, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, and a delicate touch of agave syrup.
- Rich cuts of pork, such as pork shoulder or pork ribs, paired with an acidulated sauce.
- Aged cheeses, including sheep milk cheese and smoked provolone, accompanied by honey and old-style mustard.
- Indulgent bittersweet chocolate mousse infused with hazelnuts and orange.
