We Smell - Fruitcake. We Taste - A little dark fruit. A little red fruit. A lot of structure. There are places in our vineyards information that show us something unique - where vine maturity, soil and climate combine to create something distinctly CedarCreek. Within our Desert Ridge Vineyard in Osoyoos, there's a section that's extra special. It's well-drained, extra-stony soil radiates heat back up the vines long after the sun has set. The extended ripening time develops exceptional character in our Bordeaux varietals. At 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, 14% Merlot and 6% Malbec, our Meritage showcases the stony soil at its best. You can taste the unique character of Desert Ridge in every glass. On that, you have our word... Food Pairing Notes: A Steak Diane. Go retro.
