Casa Maestri Single Estate Blanco is crafted entirely from Blue Weber agave grown and harvested on the estate, ensuring full transparency and consistency from field to bottle. After traditional cooking and fermentation, the tequila is bottled unaged to preserve the agave’s natural character and showcase the distillery’s meticulous production methods.
Nose:
Bright cooked agave, fresh citrus zest, and green herbal notes lead, followed by hints of black pepper and light floral tones.
Palate:
Clean and lively. Sweet agave, lime peel, and fresh herbs unfold into subtle minerality and gentle pepper spice. The texture is smooth yet energetic, with excellent clarity.
Finish:
Crisp and refreshing with lingering agave sweetness, citrus brightness, and a light peppery warmth.
