A magnificent Northern Italian white wine displaying a brilliant straw yellow color with shimmering golden reflections. Masterfully crafted by the visionary estate of Serafini & Vidotto, this expressive wine showcases the unique Manzoni Bianco varietal—a noble, historical crossbreed of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. Sourced from estate vineyards in the rolling hills of Veneto, it benefits from mineral-rich soils and a temperate maritime-alpine climate. The nose opens with an enticing, highly aromatic bouquet of green apple, fresh pineapple, ripe kiwi, and juicy passion fruit. The complex nose is beautifully supported by regional characteristics of wild elderflowers, white peach blossoms, and a subtle hint of lemon zest. On the palate, it balances an elegant, medium-bodied stone fruit core and a vibrant, linear alpine acidity with a polished, inviting texture, concluding in an exceptionally clean, crisp, and beautifully persistent finish marked by a distinct streak of salty minerality.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with spaghetti with fresh mussels, seafood risottos, pan-seared sole, and fresh cow, sheep, or goat milk cheeses.
