Carrington Farms Liquid Coconut Cooking Oil is an unflavored, MCT-rich cooking oil that stays liquid for easy pouring and performs at medium-high heat.
This 16 fl oz bottle delivers a neutral-tasting coconut oil formulated to remain liquid at room temperature, making it handy for everyday cooking, baking, dressings and DIY beauty uses. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, hexane-free and packaged in a BPA-free bottle. Because it contains a high share of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and monounsaturated fats, it’s an alternative to vegetable, canola, corn or olive oils when you want a stable, flavor-neutral oil that handles heat well.
How does this oil behave when cooking at medium-high temperatures?
The formula is designed to have a higher smoke tolerance than many delicate oils, so it’s suitable for sautéing, stir-frying, roasting and some frying. It remains stable under routine home-cooking temperatures and won’t solidify in the bottle or when used at room temperature.
- High smoke point for everyday pans and sheet pan roasting
- Remains liquid — pours cleanly from the bottle without melting
- Good substitute for vegetable, canola, or corn oil in most recipes
- Neutral flavor won’t overpower herbs, sauces or baked goods
Can I use this liquid coconut oil in cold recipes like smoothies or dressings?
Yes — the unflavored, odorless profile blends smoothly into cold preparations where a neutral oil is preferred. It mixes well into beverages, vinaigrettes and marinades without adding a coconut taste.
- Mixes into coffee, smoothies and protein shakes for a silky texture
- Works in salad dressings and marinades for consistent emulsions
- No coconut scent means it won’t change the flavor profile of delicate foods
Is this product suitable for personal care or DIY beauty recipes?
The liquid format and clean ingredient list make it a convenient carrier oil for topical, external uses like body massage or hair and skin recipes. Use it as a base for lotions or conditioning treatments; avoid internal or medical claims and perform a patch test for sensitivity.
- Non-greasy liquid for skin massage and hair smoothing
- Hexane-free and free of hydrogenated/trans fats
- Simple ingredient list supports DIY cosmetics and moisturizers
