Ca Foracaime Botera Vi Rosat is a natural wine made from 100% hairy Grenache, a variety endemic to the Pinell de Brai area, Catalonia, and currently endangered for its lower productivity than other Grenaches. Slow and calm bleeding is the key to achieving this rosy color while preventing the wine from receiving aggressions that alter its aromas. The half-century-old vineyards located in Batea at an altitude of about 400 meters give the character to this excellent rosé. Annual production of 1500 bottles.
