Burning Barn Smoked Rum
The UK’s first hand-crafted smoked rum, inspired by the family barn lost to fire in 2015. This artisanal spirit is crafted with locally-grown apple wood, carefully chipped, seasoned, and smoked in a bespoke oak-lidded stainless steel tank. The rum blend is then cold-smoked before being diluted to bottling strength, creating a truly unique flavour.
- Burning Barn Smoked Rum opens with an intense smokiness, layered with juicy apple, rich molasses, and burnt treacle notes
- Nose is punchy yet smooth, leaving a luscious, lingering coating on the palate
- Medium-bodied with a well-balanced interplay of smoke and natural sweetness
Pair with grilled or smoked meats or rich desserts like sticky toffee pudding. Serve over ice to accentuate its bold smoky character.
