Bones Coffee Company Cherry Ice Cream flavored coffee is a medium-roast, low-acid Arabica whole-bean blend that delivers a sweet-tart cherry and creamy dessert-like aroma, designed for hot or iced brewing.
This artisan roast combines ethically sourced Brazilian Arabica beans with natural flavoring to recreate a cherry ice cream experience in your cup. Roasted in small batches and packed in resealable bags, the 12 oz whole-bean offering preserves freshness whether you grind for French press, pour-over, or use an auto-drip machine after grinding. The recipe yields a smooth profile with balanced acidity and a dessert-inspired fragrance without adding sugar or dairy, making it suitable for vegan and low-carb lifestyles.
How will this coffee taste morning to night?
You can expect a medium-roast backbone with a pronounced cherry tang and a rounded creamy sweetness that resembles cherry ice cream without cloying sugar. The flavor stands out hot and maintains clarity when served over ice.
- Profile: medium roast, low acidity, dessert-like cherry notes
- Aroma: sweet cherry and light creaminess
- Finish: smooth, slightly tart aftertaste that lingers pleasantly
What brewing methods work best with these whole beans?
Whole beans give you maximum control — grind coarser for French press and cold brew, medium for pour-over, and finer for auto-drip machines. Pre-ground options are optimized for auto-drip, but whole beans are ideal if you want to tailor extraction and strength.
- French press: coarse grind for fuller body and preserved cherry notes
- Auto-drip: medium-fine grind for balanced extraction
- Cold brew: coarse grind and long steep to soften acidity and highlight sweetness
Is this coffee suitable for special diets or daily drinking?
This flavored coffee contains no dairy, sugar, or carbs, so it’s compatible with vegan and ketogenic diets when brewed plain. Because it’s a low-acid medium roast, many people find it gentler on the stomach than brighter light roasts, though individual tolerance varies.
- Diet-friendly: vegan and keto compatible when consumed without additives
- Low acid: medium roast chosen to reduce sharp acidity
- Serving options: hot, iced, and cold-brew friendly
How is freshness and quality managed?
Bones Coffee Company roasts in small batches and seals each 12 oz bag with a resealable closure to lock in aroma and flavor. Beans are sourced from Brazil and roasted and packed in the USA for traceability and consistent quality.
- Small-batch artisan roasting for consistent flavor profiles
- Resealable packaging to preserve freshness after opening
- Ethically sourced Arabica beans roasted and packed in the USA
Who is this for: This 12 oz whole-bean Cherry Ice Cream coffee is aimed at flavor-focused coffee drinkers who enjoy novelty dessert profiles without added sugars, home brewers who want control over grind and extraction, and anyone seeking a smoother, lower-acid medium roast compatible with vegan or low-carb diets. It’s also a good pick for people who alternate hot and iced beverages and want a consistently sweet-tart cup across brewing methods.
