Our Certified Organic Black Quinoa is a nutrient-dense whole grain known for its firm texture, earthy flavour, and striking dark colour. Grown organically in Bolivia without the use of synthetic pesticides, this grain is naturally gluten-free, high in protein, and packed with fibre and essential minerals like magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Compared to other colours, black quinoa holds its shape better when cooked, making it perfect for salads and side dishes where texture matters.
