Wine Description
The 2014 Batasiolo Barolo Cerequio displays a deep garnet red colour with subtle orange tinges. Its aromatic profile is distinctive, offering balsamic hints intertwined with notes of vegetables, flowers, and spices, creating an immediately recognisable bouquet. On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant, harmonious, and balanced, with great persistence.
Food Pairing
This Barolo pairs excellently with red meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. When matured, it also serves as an excellent sipping wine.
