Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the Barrancas region in Jalisco. Cooked in mesquite-wood-fired stone ovens, crushed with a traditional tahona, and fermented in open-air wooden tanks, this high-proof, still-strength expression is glass-rested in damajuanas to deliver an intense, artisanal profile featuring rich agave sweetness, dark tropical fruits, and delicate smoky pepper.
Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled prawns, fish tacos with lime, roasted pork carnitas, and aged goat cheese.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear with bright silver hues and a rich, full-bodied, mouth-coating texture.
Nose : Cooked agave, dark fruits, tropical mango, light smoke, and subtle citrus zest.
Palate : Creamy candied sweet potato, ripe mango, cooked agave, dark fruit, and black pepper.
Finish : Long, warm, and lingering with sweet roasted agave, juicy tropical fruit notes, and a touch of smoky spice.
Serve : Serve neat or on the rocks in a heavy-bottomed glass to appreciate its full still-strength complexity.
