Bradshaw 6 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a cask-strength Kentucky bourbon distilled at Green River Distilling Co. and matured for a minimum of six years. Made from a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, this single-barrel expression showcases the individual character and intensity of a carefully matured barrel. Bottled at cask strength, it delivers a robust combination of dark fruit, chocolate, roasted nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, seasoned oak, and warming spice.
Food Pairing: Smoked brisket, char-grilled steak, barbecue pork ribs, roasted pecans, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, and brown sugar pecan pie.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied and powerful, balancing dark fruit and chocolate with roasted nuts, vanilla, seasoned oak, cinnamon, brown sugar, and warming spice.
Nose: Cherry and chocolate mingle with roasted cashews and a subtle touch of smoky tobacco.
Palate: Cinnamon and vanilla lead into seasoned oak, rich bourbon sweetness, and a delicate smoky character.
Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice, oak, and a touch of brown sugar.
