Greetings from the Sunshine State. Alligator Amber Ale is Craft a Brew's Florida-inspired American amber ale — a citrus-forward, caramel-rich amber ale designed for all-grain brewers who want the full control of a grain-to-glass brew day.
We've been based in Orlando, Florida since the beginning. This beer is our postcard from home. Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra hops bring bright citrus aroma that nods to Florida's famous citrus groves. Caramel 60 malt delivers warm caramel sweetness and that signature amber color. A touch of Chocolate malt adds just enough cocoa depth and color complexity without pushing it dark. From the orange groves to the Everglades — this is Florida in a glass.
ABV: ~6.2% | IBU: 33 | SRM: 15 (Amber) | OG: 1.058 | FG: 1.011
