The fruit itself is hard to find, so this bottled juice is the best way to go. A few drops will transform your cocktails and vinaigrettes. Unsweetened natural yuzu juice is squeezed fresh and bottled with no added sugars or preservatives. This unique citrus fruit tastes like grapefruit, lemon, tangerine all in one, and has become a bit of a cult ingredient with modern mixologists and chefs. Use in place of lemon, lime or grapefruit juice in everything from margaritas and sours, to tiki and whiskey cocktails. Refrigerate after opening.
