This annual release celebrates the rich heritage of the Kentucky Derby, known as “The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.” The 2024 commemorative bottle, marking the 150th anniversary of the Derby, features the exquisite artwork of Kentucky native Wylie Caudill. His piece, “Adorned in Roses,” vividly captures the essence of the Derby with a racing thoroughbred enveloped in vibrant red roses against a backdrop of multi-colored roses. This limited edition is not just a testament to the enduring legacy of the Kentucky Derby but also showcases the craftsmanship and spirit of Woodford Reserve.
Crafted at the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, this bourbon embodies the balance of over 200 detectable flavor notes, ranging from bold grain and wood to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes. It’s a celebration of the meticulous care and craftsmanship that goes into every bottle, making it a collector’s item for both bourbon and racing enthusiasts
