Moravian Grape Ale - Rosé. Beer, where we use our vineyards and wine practice.
For Brewing Tears of St. Laurent we chose variety Svatovav?inecké for its delicious aroma and taste. Our own southwestern track, interwoven with limestone stone, has plenty of sunshine and the beer has a plum taste thanks to this grape variety. Before we put the grapes into the prepared beer base, we will remove the cane, but leave the peel of berries. The beer matures for 18 to 24 months in oak barrels, in which St. Laurent had matured before. In the final stage of preparation we lighten the beer and let it mature for some months.
Thanks to spontaneous fermentation and incorporation of several wine techniques the taste is very rich. With each sip you discover more and more layers. It takes time to get through all the sensations. The colour is beautifully pinkish thanks to St. Laurent grapes, medium acidity. Refreshing, deliciously fruity.
We recommend Tears of Saint Laurent for those who are not sure which wild beers to start with.
