Wilbur Curtis GEMTS10A1000 - G3 Twin 1.5 Gal. Coffee Brewer
Whether you're brewing for restaurant table service, a hotel lobby, or even a convenience store, this Curtis GEMTS10A1000 G3 Gemini 1.5 gallon satellite coffee brewer makes it easy to produce finely crafted gourmet coffee every time! This brewer's versatility comes from its intuitive control module which allows you to fine-tune all of the details of the brewing process, including pre-infusion, pulse brewing, water bypass percentage, and a variety of other settings to really bring out the rich, full-bodied flavor and character of any signature brew. For added convenience, this unit comes pre-programmed with a variety of recipes for dark roasts, light roasts, decaf, and other brew styles so that you can immediately begin making gourmet quality coffee right out of the box, while a hot water faucet means that this machine can even be used for the occasional cup of tea! Small, medium, and large batch cycles allow you to keep up with demand during peak business hours while avoiding waste during lulls.
The Curtis GEMTS10A1000 G3 Gemini coffee brewer comes with (2) 1.5 gallon satellite servers that feature double wall insulation and a brew through lid to keep as much heat contained within the server as possible. Each server has a sight glass that allows you to easily monitor the remaining coffee so you can always be prepared with more when needed. To help ensure the brewer's long-lasting performance and keep downtime to a bare minimum, on-board self diagnostics are continuously scanning for proper brew operations, alerting the operator with a service phone number and error code if technical assistance is required. A 220V electrical connection is required for operation; 30A service provides 5200W of power while 50A service provides 7600W of power for nearly instant recovery.
