Wholesome Yum Liquid Allulose Sweetener Syrup is a single-ingredient, plant-derived liquid sweetener that tastes like sugar but delivers zero calories and zero net carbs.
Replace liquid sugar in drinks, sauces, and baked recipes without changing flavor — this syrup is made from allulose, a rare natural sugar your body does not metabolize the same way as table sugar. It pours and blends like a syrup, resists crystallization, caramelizes when heated, and was formulated to behave like conventional liquid sweeteners while keeping carbs, sugar, and glycemic impact at zero.
How does this syrup behave in coffee, tea, and cold beverages?
The syrup dissolves instantly in hot and cold liquids so you get uniform sweetness without graininess. It won’t separate or recrystallize in refrigerated drinks and mixes smoothly into iced beverages and cocktails.
- Stir-and-dissolve consistency for hot coffee or tea
- Cold-stable — won’t grain in iced drinks
- Neutral flavor that preserves beverage profiles
Can I use it in cooking and baking the same way as sugar or corn syrup?
Yes — it works as a 1:1 liquid swap for many recipes that call for corn syrup, honey, agave, or simple syrup. It caramelizes and browns when heated and helps baked goods stay moist, although textures can vary depending on the recipe’s structure.
- Swap for corn syrup or honey in sauces and glazes
- Use to add moisture and browning in baked goods
- Monitor batch-specific texture changes when replacing dry sugar
Is this sweetener compatible with special diets like keto, vegan, and gluten-free?
Wholesome Yum Liquid Allulose Syrup is formulated to fit a wide range of eating plans. It contains only one ingredient — allulose — and is Non-GMO Project verified, vegan, gluten-free, and free from sugar alcohols and artificial additives.
- Zero net carbs and zero sugar — suited for low-carb and keto diets
- Vegan and paleo-friendly plant source
- No erythritol or artificial sweeteners; tooth- and tummy-friendly
Will using allulose syrup affect blood sugar?
Allulose is not metabolized like regular sugar, so it contributes negligible calories and does not raise blood glucose in the way sucrose does. As with any dietary change, monitor your response if you have diabetes or metabolic concerns.
- Zero glycemic impact for most people
- Zero calories recorded per serving
- Consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance
Who is this for: home cooks, low-carb bakers, beverage creators, and anyone seeking a clean-label liquid sweetener that behaves like sugar without the calories or carbs. If you want a versatile syrup for coffee, cocktails, dressings, sauces, and baked treats that won’t add sugar or artificial ingredients, this single-ingredient allulose syrup from Wholesome Yum is formulated to meet those needs.
