Colipse Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee is a medium roast specialty Arabica coffee aged in freshly emptied whiskey barrels. It delivers deep, natural whiskey notes with smooth oak, caramel, and light spice. This single origin Guatemalan coffee is aged for 30 days in American oak whiskey barrels before roasting. The green beans absorb volatile aromas from the charred wood and residual whiskey, producing a boozy, woody profile without added flavorings or alcohol content. It is not flavored coffee—no extracts, additives, or sweeteners are used.
The coffee is roasted fresh to order in small batches, vacuum-sealed in multilayer barrier bags with a CO₂ valve, and shipped within 3–5 business days. Choose whole bean or pre-ground formats in coarse, medium, or fine grind. Ground coffee works with drip brewers, pour-over, French press, Moka pots, and manual espresso machines. Whole beans are ideal for burr grinders and superautomatic machines.
This coffee is best enjoyed slowly—neat or with a splash of cream—especially in the evening or with dessert. It pairs well with chocolate, cigars, or rich pastries. Order today and get a 12 oz bag for $24.99 with free shipping anywhere in the U.S.
