Watt Whisky Dalrymple 11 Year Old is an independently bottled Lowland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2012 and bottled by Watt Whisky in 2024 after 11 years of maturation in a hogshead. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, the release was limited to 294 bottles. Although “Dalrymple” is the name used on the release, specialist sources indicate that the principal whisky is from Ailsa Bay Distillery, with the blended-malt designation resulting from the whisky being “teaspooned.” Watt Whisky’s official listing describes a rich, sweet profile of orchard fruit, marzipan, honeycomb, nuts, peach and crème brûlée.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, glazed chicken, aged Gouda, almond pastries, apple tart, crème brûlée, peach desserts, or roasted nuts.
