Walker's Tea Liquid Tea Concentrate with Caffeine is a ready-to-dilute, shelf-stable concentrate that produces up to eight gallons of iced tea with consistent flavor and a caffeine kick.
Designed for busy cafes, restaurants, catering services and households that prefer brewing in batches, this concentrate speeds preparation and reduces waste. It arrives pre-brewed and balanced so you only need to mix with water, chill, and serve. The controlled caffeine level makes it suitable when you want predictable strength across every batch, while the concentrate format shrinks storage footprint compared with loose-leaf or brewed tea kettles.
How do I prepare a full batch from this concentrate?
Mixing a full eight-gallon yield is straightforward: combine the recommended ratio of concentrate to water, stir or agitate until uniform, then refrigerate. No steeping or additional sweetening is necessary unless you want to customize flavor or sweetness levels. The concentrate dissolves quickly for fast turnaround in high-volume settings.
- Recommended dilution: follow label ratio for 8-gallon yield.
- Mixing method: stir or use a beverage dispenser with agitation.
- Chill time: refrigerate until cold; serve over ice.
- Customization: add sweetener, lemon, or syrups to taste.
What flavor and caffeine profile should I expect?
This product delivers a classic iced-tea flavor with a balanced tea tannin profile and measurable caffeine for a mild boost. The concentrate is formulated to produce consistent taste across every batch so customers receive the same cup every time. It’s ideal where reliable flavor and predictable caffeine content matter.
- Taste notes: clean tea character with subtle astringency.
- Caffeine: present at a standard iced-tea level (see label for specifics).
- Consistency: factory-brewed for uniform batches.
- Customization: dilute more for lighter tea or less for stronger brew.
How do I store and handle the concentrate safely?
Store unopened concentrate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; once opened, refrigerate and use within the time window printed on the container. Use clean utensils and sanitized dispensers to preserve flavor and avoid contamination. The compact container is easier to stack and rotate than multiple brewed batches.
- Unopened storage: cool, dry shelf—away from heat sources.
- Opened storage: refrigerate and follow labeled use-by guidance.
- Handling: pour with a clean spigot or sanitized scoop.
- Disposal: recycle or follow local waste guidelines for containers.
Can I customize sweetness or make specialty tea drinks?
Yes — the concentrate is a versatile base for a wide array of beverages, from sweet tea to flavored tea lemonades and cocktails. Adjust dilution, add simple syrup, fruit purees, or fresh citrus for seasonal menu items. It also pairs well with milk or non-dairy alternatives for tea lattes and blends.
- Sweet tea: add simple syrup or liquid sweeteners to taste.
- Fruit blends: mix with purées or juices for flavored drinks.
- Tea lattes: combine with steamed milk or non-dairy milk alternatives.
- Cocktails/mocktails: use as a mixer for adult and non-alcoholic drinks.
