Forget those watered-down agave spirits. Viva Mexico 'World Edition' High Proof Blanco strips away the noise, delivering an uncompromising, vivid look at authentic highland terroir. The Vivanco family has cultivated blue agave in Arandas for generations, quietly mastering their traditional distillation craft at Destilería El Ranchito. They thoughtfully bottle this specific release at an elevated proof to capture the volatile aromatic compounds that standard dilution inevitably destroys. The liquid punches remarkably hard.
This unaged tequila champions ancestral techniques over modern shortcuts. Workers slow-roast mature piñas inside traditional brick masonry ovens before initiating open-air fermentation using mineral-rich deep well water. The fiercely independent, completely additive-free production process ensures you taste only the red soil, the distinct regional climate, and the raw plant. You get truly staggering natural complexity. No artificial sweeteners hide behind the formidable, robust alcohol structure found in this bottle.
- Produced at NOM 1414 in the Los Altos region
- 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave
