Very Olde St Nick Summer Rye Cask Strength Whiskey is crafted in exclusive three-barrel batches that pay homage to the season's abundant harvest. This special release unites a select array of rare rye whiskies, meticulously captured at cask strength without dilution or filtering, ensuring a pure and unadulterated spirit.
The nose reveals a dynamic blend of baking spices, white pepper, and hints of finely aged rye balanced with subtle dried fruits and toasted oak nuances. On the palate, deep caramelized notes coupled with green apple tang and a peppery spice merge and give way to a lingering finish marked by earthy spice and well-structured oak.
