750mL | Zero Alcohol Sparkling Wine Alternative
Precision-blended. Vineyard-rooted. Zero alcohol, full intention.
Crafted by the winemaker and sommelier duo behind Niagara’s Leaning Post Winery, Verto Sparkling Blanc is not a wine mimic—it is an intentional alternative rooted in the vineyard. While many non-alcoholic wines are "de-alcoholized" (a process that can strip away body and soul), Verto begins with Verjus: the pressed juice of early-harvested wine grapes.
By picking the fruit at the exact moment when acidity is vibrant and sugars are low, Verto captures the tension, brightness, and structure that fine sparkling wines are known for—without ever undergoing fermentation. It is a sophisticated, "wine-thinking" beverage designed for those who seek the tactile sensation and complexity of a premium bottle.
Green apple, elderflower, and a stony mineral finish—the gold standard of NA Blanc.
