Quintarelli Ca' del Merlo Bianco Secco | Veneto IGT | 750ml | 12.5% ABV
From the estate of the late, legendary Giuseppe Quintarelli — the undisputed “Maestro of the Veneto” — comes this extraordinary white wine rarity. Quintarelli whites are almost impossibly rare, and Ca' del Merlo represents the pinnacle of the estate's white wine production.
A unique blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, this wine unfolds with intoxicating aromas of white flowers, honeydew melon, quince, and a whisper of nutmeg. The palate is rich and layered, with yellow stone fruit, a faintly honeyed character, and a crisp mineral finish that lingers with sweetgrass and subtle complexity.
For Luigi, carrying a Quintarelli is a point of pride — a connection to the very soul of Italian winemaking. This is not a wine you find on many shelves.
Pair with: Risotto ai frutti di mare, grilled branzino with lemon, or aged Asiago.
