Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur is a whiskey-forward cream liqueur crafted by the independent Irish whiskey blender and bonder Two Stacks Whiskey. Unlike mainstream options that use the bare minimum of one percent whiskey, this expression stands out by incorporating eight times more Irish whiskey into its base. It builds upon the brand's own signature blend, which consists of grain whiskey aged in bourbon and virgin oak casks, along with pot still, double malt, and a touch of peated malt. This complex spirit base is combined with rich Irish double dairy cream from Tipperary, which features a high butterfat content that delivers a exceptionally dense, velvety, and luxurious texture.
Bottled at 17.5 percent alcohol by volume, the liqueur presents an aromatic nose of rich dairy cream, milk chocolate, vanilla, and warming malted whiskey. On the palate, it delivers a smooth mouthfeel with flavors reminiscent of decadent chocolate mousse and boozy caramel reduction, balanced by cocoa, toffee, and wood spice. The finish is long and creamy, leaving a lingering whiskey character and a subtle flicker of peat smoke depth. Because of its bolder spirit profile, it is ideal for sipping neat, serving over ice, or using as a premium anchor to cut through a hot Irish coffee.
