Two Rivers Juliet Riesling
This Riesling is crafted in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys by Two Rivers, led by winemaker David Clouston. The wine reflects a season of perfect ripening conditions, producing fruit with high flavour concentration. Fermentation was stopped early to balance sweetness and acidity, and the wine rested on fine lees for three months to enhance depth.
- The nose shows Kaffir lime, jasmine and orange blossom with subtle nutty hints.
- Delivers bright citrus and honeysuckle flavours with a refined, grainy texture and lively acidity.
- The finish is long and balanced, combining sweetness with mouthwatering freshness.
Perfect with seafood, Asian dishes or light vegetarian plates.
