Turntable Spirits Starward Collaboration Drop 01 Whisky is a limited-edition blended whisky that unites the innovative spirit of Australia's Starward Distillery with the blending expertise of Scotland's Turntable Spirits. The blend combines Starward single malt matured in Australian red wine casks with carefully selected Scotch whiskies, creating a distinctive profile of bonfire smoke, ripe red berries, coconut, cigar box spice, and a refreshing coastal character. Bottled at 46% ABV and presented without chill filtration, it delivers a smooth, layered palate with notes of milk chocolate, orchard fruit, gentle peat smoke, caramel, and toasted oak, finishing long with lingering dark chocolate and subtle maritime spice.
This unique collaboration stands out for seamlessly blending Australian whisky matured in red wine casks with premium Scotch malts and grain whisky, creating a whisky that is both innovative and exceptionally balanced. It appeals to collectors and whisky enthusiasts seeking something beyond traditional regional styles, offering the richness of Australian whisky alongside the complexity and elegance of Scotch blending. Whether enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, it delivers a memorable tasting experience that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and international collaboration.
