Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, Tocar Reposado takes an unconventional route to the barrel. Fermentation happens through the patent-pending Lyre & Thief™ process, which applies the rhythm of music to the fermenting agave, producing a softer, rounder, more expressive spirit than conventional methods yield. Several months in oak follow, leaving the tequila with bright agave character on one side and warm barrel depth on the other.
The pour carries cooked agave at its center, wrapped in balanced vanilla, light caramel, honeyed sweetness and gentle baking spice — sitting between the freshness of a blanco and the weight of an añejo. No syrups, additives or artificial flavorings are used, so the sweetness, spice and clean agave notes stay in step with one another. It works neat, over ice, or in premium margaritas and other agave-forward classics. 750 ml, 40% ABV (80 proof).
