After maturing as Kentucky straight whiskey, this 750 ml bottling spends extra time resting in Cognac casks. That second stay layers orchard and floral character over the bourbon, while oak and vanilla carry through at 46.7% ABV.
The result sits between two categories: bourbon spice on one side, brandy-like fruit on the other, closing with an elegant finish.
