Secret Islay captures the rugged soul of Islay in a bottle. It comes from a single cask drawn from an undisclosed distillery. Every release blends mystery with bold, island‑style flavor.
When you pour a dram, you smell deep peat smoke, salted sea spray, and rich notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate. On the tongue, it delivers briny sea air, warming spice, gentle oak, and a touch of sherry‑sweetness. The finish lasts: smoky, salty, and softly sweet — a nod to rocky coasts and peat bogs.
Why Secret Islay stands out
- Single‑cask bottling from an unknown Islay distillery — rare and collectible.
- Classic Islay traits: peat smoke, salt air, sea brine, and mineral edges.
- Rich aroma and flavor: dried fruit, dark caramel, coastal smoke, and soft oak.
- Balanced palate with spice, smokiness, subtle sweetness, and depth.
- Long, expressive finish — perfect for slow sipping and special moments.
