The Tree Coffee House - Tierra Roja is a medium roast single-origin coffee sourced from the slopes of El Volcancito in Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Skilled hands harvest this micro-lot from a small plot at an altitude of 1,670 meters above sea level. Advanced processing methods, including a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation in cherry followed by dry fermentation in sealed bags and slow drying on raised African beds, create a clean and vibrant cup. Silky layers of toffee, chocolate, and caramel form the base of the flavour profile, while a bright spark of pomegranate lifts the overall character. This whole bean offering comes in a 340g bag and represents the pinnacle of highland terroir and precision roasting.
