Key Features:- Newly Mastered: Expertly remastered by George Shilling for pristine audio quality.
- Collector's Edition: A special pressing on striking sunshine yellow colour vinyl.
- Iconic Tracks: Features the hit singles 'Tower Of Strength' and 'Beyond The Pale'.
- Rich History: Originally produced by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones and engineered by Mark 'Spike' Stent.
- Gothic Rock Cornerstone: An essential album that helped define the late-'80s alternative rock scene.
Following the success of their debut, 'Children' saw The Mission expand their sound with emotionally charged songs, soaring melodies, and arena-sized ambition. The album reached #2 in the UK charts and cemented the band's status as influential artists. This LP includes a printed inner sleeve, making it a complete package for any serious collector. This marks the first time 'Children' has been available on colour vinyl and its first vinyl release since 2017.
This reissue coincides with The Mission's 40th anniversary celebrations and their highly anticipated 4-night residency at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town in November 2026, where they will perform sets spanning their extensive catalogue.
