The Macallan partnered with the legendary Roca brothers to capture the esoteric essence of French gastronomy. This liquid tribute to the City of Light deliberately pivots away from strictly sherry-driven DNA. Instead, Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell intricately wove rare Cognac casks into the maturation cycle alongside traditional sherry-seasoned and ex-bourbon wood. The final results are truly magnificent.
This fifth installment of the Distil Your World series remains brutally scarce. Unlocking the bespoke white presentation box reveals a naturally vivid spirit that masterfully translates the bustling energy and intricate pâtisserie culture of the French capital into your glass. It's a liquid demanding undivided attention.
- Aged in sherry, ex-bourbon, and rare Cognac casks
- Created alongside the Michelin-starred Roca brothers
- Bottled at a robust 47.2% ABV
