The Guard Bridge is our delicious Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted by our Head Distiller using a selection of different single malts from the Highland and Lowland regions of Scotland, including some of our own Eden Mill single malt. After blending the chosen whiskies together, the final product is then finished in ex-Eden Mill single malt casks to allow them some time to marry.
The Guard Bridge is a delightful dram when enjoyed on its own, although it lends itself particularly well to cocktails which is why we’ve created this great gift set which allows the recipient to create two different serves.
For something simple and refreshing, they can mix a measure of The Guard Bridge with some Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and garnish with the dehydrated lime for a classic highball serve. Also included is a bottle of our brand-new Smoked Salt Sugar Syrup. Produced using sea salt hand-harvested by the East Neuk Salt Company from St Monans in Fife, the syrup is smoked using staves from our spent single malt casks. Using the bitters included, you’re able to stir up a truly unique and delicious Old Fashioned.
Got a whisky enthusiast and cocktail lover in your life? Then this is the one for them – they won’t be disappointed!
