The Devil Made Me Decaf is proof that cutting the caffeine doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor. This Colombian sugarcane decaf is roasted to a smooth medium profile, bringing out rich notes of chocolate, cane sugar, and roasted almond. It’s indulgent, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable — no “decaf apology” required.
With a medium body and bright acidity, this coffee delivers a lively, full-flavored cup that feels just as satisfying as your favorite caffeinated roast. The sugarcane decaffeination process preserves the natural character of the beans, so what you’re tasting is real coffee flavor — just without the buzz.
Flavor-wise, expect comforting chocolate depth, subtle sweetness from cane sugar, and a warm, nutty finish from roasted almond. It’s smooth enough to enjoy black and rich enough to stand up to cream and sugar.
This is a decaf you drink because it tastes good — not just because you’re avoiding caffeine. And if you’re a half-caff fan, it blends beautifully with Happy Medium for a custom cup that gives you the best of both worlds.
