The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur is a German fruit liqueur that captures apricot in a rich but balanced style. Its profile brings together ripe apricot and peach with the deeper character of cooked fruit, framed by the liqueur's warm amber color and classic bar-friendly format.
Aromas of apricot preserves lead into a palate layered with fruit compote, almond, and gentle spice. A subtle herbal accent keeps the sweetness in check, while the finish remains bright, fruity, and clean. The result is expressive enough to enjoy on its own while retaining the structure needed for mixed drinks.
Serve slightly chilled, pour over ice, or use it to add stone-fruit depth to classic and contemporary cocktails. This release is bottled at 22% ABV and comes as one 750 mL bottle. It is a versatile choice for a home bar, after-dinner service, or recipes that call for a precise apricot note.
