Teeling 21 Year Old Rising Reserve No.3 Ruby Port Cask Irish Whiskey
Introducing our Teeling Rising Reserve Series 3, a 21 year old single malt Irish whiskey that exemplifies the perfect harmony of tradition and innovation. This exceptional whiskey begins its journey in premium bourbon casks, where it develops a robust foundation of flavour. It is then goes through a second maturation in high-quality ruby port casks.
- Delicate and mellow, with a soft sweetness complemented by bursts of caramel, ripe red fruits, and a subtle hint of sandalwood
- The palate is rich and layered, with notes of brown sugar, smooth chocolate, and indulgent flavours of trifle, Christmas cake, cherry, plum, and sweet nectar
- The finish is luxurious and enduring, with hints of golden syrup, gentle tannins, cooked barley, and a touch of warming oak spice.
Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this exclusive release is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, ensuring it retains its full natural depth and texture.
Each instalment in the Rising Reserve series celebrates Teeling's pioneering spirit and commitment to pushing the boundaries of whiskey craftsmanship, while honouring the time-honoured traditions that define the art of Irish whiskey-making.
