Tears of Llorona Extra Añejo is a rare, handcrafted masterpiece created by Master Distiller Germán González Gorrochotegui — the legendary figure behind some of Mexico's most celebrated spirits. Named for the haunting Mexican folk legend of La Llorona, this extra añejo is produced with a disregard for the practical and a singular obsession with perfection. Aged in a combination of American, Canadian, and Scotch whisky barrels, Tears of Llorona develops a complexity that is virtually unmatched in the tequila world.
Patience, care, and love — Germán spares nothing in the pursuit of his masterpiece. The result is a tequila of extraordinary depth, nuance, and elegance that rewards every sip and demands to be savored slowly. A true collector's expression and one of the most distinctive extra añejos ever produced.
