Tarsier Taipei Old Tom Gin is a refreshingly fruity Old Tom inspired by Taiwan — balancing prized Oriental Beauty oolong tea with zesty kumquat, floral hibiscus, and aromatic ginseng, with a restrained hint of sweetness.
Part of Tarsier's Southeast Asian backpacking journey, Taipei Old Tom celebrates Taiwan — once named "Isla Formosa," the Beautiful Island — and its famous tea plantations. Oriental Beauty oolong (named by Queen Elizabeth II for its distinctive taste) brings fruity, floral, wild-honey, and tart notes, balanced with kumquat, hibiscus, and ginseng.
