Tarquins Cornish Dry Gin
Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin is a small-batch London dry Gin distilled on the rugged North Cornwall coast. It is the first gin to be produced in Cornwall in over a century, handcrafted by Southwestern Distillery using traditional copper pot stills.
Each batch is limited to just 300 bottles, individually filled, corked, sealed and waxed by hand. The gin features 12 botanicals including handpicked Devon violets, fresh orange zest, and seasonal citrus fruits. The result is a bright, aromatic gin with a floral lift and a crisp, piney backbone.
- Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin opens with sweet orange, lemon zest and a soft floral note of Devon violets.
- The palate is fresh and vibrant, with grapefruit, piney juniper, cardamom and a hint of cinnamon.
- Finishes clean and dry with lingering citrus oil and a gentle herbal warmth.
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, citrus-dressed salads or soft goat’s cheese.
