Tasting notes: Milk Chocolate, Cherry and Caramel
This natural Mandela variety coffee, grown on the Potosí Farm of Café Granja La Esperanza, delivers a refined and intensely fruity cup with a distinctly gourmet character. Elegant and expressive, it showcases the precision and craftsmanship the producer is known for, resulting in a beautifully balanced and harmonious profile.
The cup opens with a gentle, medium acidity that adds brightness without overpowering the sweetness. A rich caramel-like sweetness follows, creating a smooth and inviting base. Juicy cherry notes bring vibrancy and lift, while a layer of milk chocolate adds roundness and depth. The finish is elegant and lingering, leaving a soft, satisfying impression that carries the cup’s complexity through to the end.
