Tasting notes: Jasmine, White Tea, Peach, Citrus
This exceptional Geisha, cultivated between 1,570 and 1,850 metres above sea level in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca region, is a beautiful expression of the craftsmanship of Rigo Herrera and the team at Las Margaritas Estate. Through a meticulous washed process, this micro-lot achieves outstanding clarity, elegance, and complexity, allowing its delicate flavours to shine with remarkable precision.
In the cup, fragrant jasmine florals and the refined subtlety of white tea create a graceful opening. A silky body carries notes of ripe peach sweetness, beautifully balanced by bright citrus acidity that adds freshness and structure. Clean, vibrant, and sophisticated, this coffee perfectly reflects the expertise and dedication behind Granja La Esperanza’s renowned Geisha program.
