Tasting notes: Pineapple, Lacto-fermented strawberry, Coconut
Alo Mosto Anaerobic Natural comes from Tanat Coffee, produced by Tamiru Tadesse in the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia — first introduced to Europe by Tanat in 2024. Known for his remarkable expertise in processing, Tamiru crafts each lot with a unique signature of complexity, clarity, and fruitiness. Perfectly ripe cherries are hand-selected and placed in airtight vats with mosto for a slow, meticulous 96-hour anaerobic fermentation that unlocks extraordinary aromatic depth. The result is an intensely fruity, bold, and perfectly balanced filter coffee with notes of pineapple, lacto-fermented strawberry, and coconut — a cup structure that leaves a lasting impression.
